Only 600 m from Lake Zell and 2 km from the town of Zell am See and the Schmittenhöhe skiing area, the Hettlerhof is a central starting point for many excursion destinations. In our hotel garni and in our holiday flats we attach great importance to the preservation of traditional features of our region, therefore we use homemade products, natural food, and materials from the surrounding area.

Our adjacent farm offers many beautiful moments for young and old to watch the animals on the farm. The Hettlerhof is surrounded by 2,000 m² of garden space for exuberant romping as a playground and many beautiful, quiet corners for the adults.

Furthermore, at the Hettlerhof you will find a lounge with a house bar, a small wellness area inside with a relaxation room, steam bath and saunas.

During the winter season, you benefit from a free ski bus directly in front of the village, with which you can reach the well-known skiing areas Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun comfortably and easily in a few minutes. There is also a free ski meadow in the village of Maishofen. In summer, a varied network of hiking trails awaits you and you will also find the coveted Tauern Cycle Path right outside the front door. The parking facilities in front of the house can be used by our guests free of charge. A bicycle garage and rental bikes are available.
